DELIVERY TIMELINE

All orders placed will be processed and entrusted to the courier within 2 working days following the order in Italy from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the following working day.

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery for shipments destined for Italy takes approximately 1-3 working days, (excluding the Italian islands which may require 2-5 working days) while delivery for shipments destined for Europe takes approximately 3-5 working days; finally, delivery for shipments to the rest of the world takes approximately 3-8 working days.

The times indicated above must be considered from the moment the order is entrusted to the courier.

Standard Shipping Italy & European Union: Free

Standard Shipping Rest of Europe: +10€ on the total order

Standard Shipping Rest of the world: +30€ on the total order

SHIPMENT TRACKING

The tracking service will be provided via e-mail and will be active 24 hours after the package has been handed over to the courier.

In the event that the recipient is absent, the courier will attempt delivery a second time the following day.

Please remember that during the purchase phase it is important to indicate a correct telephone number (landline or mobile number), as the courier may in fact call the recipient to ask for information if he encounters problems during delivery.

We are in no way responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier, weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company Paolo Ferrara S.r.l.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and sales taxes for countries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days, starting from the date of receipt of the package, to return your products.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to PAOLO FERRARA SRL by filling out the form below.

The customer must then return the products via courier at his/her own expense to the following address:

and insert a piece of paper with the order number written on it in the box.

The return is the responsibility of the buyer even in the case of a size change.

In the case of multiple purchases made by the customer with a single order and delivered separately, the deadline of 14 days. starts from the date of receipt of the last product.

The customer is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to the company PAOLO FERRARA SRL his desire to make the return.

The substantial integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including original packaging and labels) and complete with the attached tax documentation.

REIMBURSEMENT

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the product using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase or by bank transfer.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal provided for by the art. 7 in cases of contracts concerning products that are clearly personalized or requested with particular specifications by the consumer.
